Vaita is a small Dutch ICT company located in Amsterdam.

Vaita was founded by Ronald van Aalten in 2000. Before starting Vaita he used to work for over 10 years in the ICT, mainly as a computer programmer/analyst and later as a software architect.

1. We reside in the Netherlands and the time difference makes this quite difficult…

2. For most technical support questions we need to see the log file(s) in order to be able to provide accurate support. Going over a log file by phone is not workable.
