OsaSync Lite is freeware so registration is not necessary.

OsaSync PRO: share or sync contacts, distribution lists, calendars, notes, journal, tasks and e-mails

During the evaluation period of one month OsaSync PRO is fully functional without restrictions.

When the evaluation period has ended the maximum number of Outlook contacts you can share is 25. Synchronizing your folders with other computers is only possible during the evaluation period of one month.

After registering OsaSync PRO you will be able to continue using OsaSync PRO for an unlimited time and share or sync an unlimited number of contacts and distribution lists; e-mails; tasks; appointments and notes with the number of computers the license is good for.

Your OsaSync PRO licence includes a one-year subscription on upgrades and technical support.

You can register online, select your currency and choose from a number of payment options. When this registration process completes you will receive an e-mail message with a licence key. After entering this licence key in OsaSync PRO (on every computer) you will be able to continue sharing and synchronizing Outlook items.

These names will be used for generating your licence key (except in case of a 10 or 20 computer licence or site licence) so make sure the names are spelled correctly. These names have to be the names of your computers as they are known in the Windows network visible via My Network Places. You can also see the valid computer names of the computers you have configured with OsaSync by opening the OsaSync Registration window in Outlook via the menu item OsaSync - Register OsaSync. So make sure to use valid names otherwise your licence key won't work.
